Misti Spacek is an experienced litigator and investigator. As a former prosecutor, she works relentlessly to find the truth and fight for justice for Fisher Firm clients. Misti values kindness and integrity above all else, and she's a vital part of our team.

Misti lives in Newton, Texas, where "Purple Pride Never Dies". She and her husband, Landon, have three kids, Jackson, Carter, and Caroline.

Prior to joining Fisher Firm, Misti was Law Clerk and Court Coordinator for the 1st, 1-A and 273rd Judicial District Courts of Texas, serving Jasper, Newton, Tyler, Sabine, and San Augustine Counties.
